New Life Pentecostal Church, using the Wired Church platform operated by Padgett Brands LLC, provides a Church Management platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our Service.

  • Giving and Contribution Data: Records of tithes, offerings, and donations

Members of New Life Pentecostal Churchwho are under 13 should be registered and supervised by a parent or guardian using the parent's account; any data about a minor that is recorded in the Service is provided by the parent or church administrator on the family's behalf.

Where a member is between 13 and the age of digital consent in their jurisdiction (as high as 16 under the EU GDPR), we treat their data with the additional protections required by law: no precise location collection, no behavioral advertising, profile visibility limited to the New Life Pentecostal Church community, and the same deletion rights described above.
